We are very grateful to you for the the help and guidance you provided for us recently. We were so upset when our Goffin started chewing on and wounding his skin. We had no clue as to what was going on. You helped us figure out what the issues were, worked with our vet, and gave us clear, concrete suggestions and advice, which proved to be 100% accurate-all in a very calm and nonjudgmental way.

While our guy was staying with you (and your facilities must be a parrot's idea of heaven!!),you always had time to give a daily check in. I also appreciated your follow-up calls after he came home.
